I have a problem with my ballast system in my nautique. The tanks will fill normally but only one of them will empty normally. To empty the other one I have to have the boat on the trailer and the water will drain out. Has onyone ahd this problem and, if so, what did you do to fix it??

That is the one that drains out of the bottom right? Are you sure that your guage just isn't working? It might be empty but your guage doesn't reflect that. Otherwise, it could be one of your pumps that has gone bad.

Yes, it is the one that drains out of the bottom. I know the guage is working properly. That is one of the first things that I checked out. Is there 1 or 2 pumps for draining the ballast tanks??

One pump for each tank. Hit the switch on the dash and go back near the pump and see if you hear them running. You can also check to make sure you didn't pop a breaker up under the dash too.

Not sure about the '01 Pro, but the '99 had an in-line fuse that was prown to blow on the pump....
