Anybody on Lake Norris this week?

Going to be on Lake Norris in TN from the 9-16th. Anybody going to be down there?

I was there from July 15-29, and the water was great! Hot every day, 85+, and only rained once. Not much junk floating this year either.

Where do you stay when you are down there? We stay at Springs Dock.

Where have you found to ski around Columbus? We live near Elyria, and have been to Alum Creek a couple of times, but it is pretty busy. I hate Lake Erie... It is cold, rough and dirty compared to Norris Lake.

Staying at Deerfield. Alum Creek is nice real early or during the week. It's about like driving on the freeway on weekends.

We were down from the 6th through the 11th. We were at Deerfield on the 6th & 7th, then picked up houseboat at Pennington 33 Marina on Monday. Awesome water!

This was my 10th straight year getting out on the houseboat and was first I didn't tow down to represent CC. Yellow_Flash_Colorz: We had total MC dominance with a 205v, 01 XStar and X9 (and one Sea Ray runabout). With all the MC banners on the boat, we were just floating around one afternoon and a Malibu cruised up and asked if we were doing a MC photo shoot! LOL

Although I missed having my baby down there, it was nice not having to pay for the gas towing her down, plus we got to ride behind all the boats. Great trip overall!
