All,

I'm new to the Nautique family and wanted to share what I got. Hopefully you like...

Also, I am interested in two Nautique Logo items:
- floating key chain
- "orange" window sticker

Any ideas where I can get them? I've search entire web.

Great looking boat!

White Lake Marine used to have Nautique floating keychains, and can also legally make custom Nautique decals. Send an e-mail to Shannon and see what she can do for you. Her e-mail address is shannon@ncnoa.com.

Thanks! I sent an e-mail to Shannon, so we'll see.

Regarding the 206 - question: Is there really much difference in the slalom wake between the 206 and the 216? It was too cold for me to ski behind both when I bought and wanted that extra foot in the boat.

Last question: How much "weight" can I really put in the 216 for wake? I'm a slalom skier only - but my kids are gonna want it make it bigger soon, I'm sure.

Very nice! Is it a Team? Abndiga and I have a 216 Team w/ the ZR6 and love it, but it definitly falls short for boarding and especially surfing, however, we're don't add weight. I don;t think there are a lot of members on PN with 216's, so welcome to the club within the club!

As far as I know, there is no difference in the wake, they have the same hull, as you stated the only difference between the two is the extra 1'. You should have a tank that will add 220lbs. of weight plus you can always add a fat sac or something comparable for more.

Scotrrob,

IMO There is a difference in the wake between the 216 and the 206, the slalom wake will be a bit smaller and the whitwash is somewhat softer on the 206 however the 216 will provide a better wakeboard wake and of course it has more room and a larger trunk. The 206 has a 200 or 220lb single tank ballast and I believe the 216 has (2) 200+ lb tanks.
One of the biggest differences I noticed between the 206 and 216 was the tracking on the 206. Either way you can't go wrong, in my case I opted to do the 206 and am extremely happy with it.

Good luck and enjoy!

Nice boat, I really like the orange!

You could put 2000lbs in it and have pro-level wakeboard wakes. My recommendation would be to start with a 600lb sac to fill the rear locker and then go from there if you want bigger wakes.

Nice Boat, I have a Sport 216 and have the ballast tanks in the back. (400lbs.) I then put a 600 lb fat sac in the trunk, plus I took the cooler out of the floor and put a 600 lb sac down there but can inly fill it 2/3rds full. Awesome Wake -- using a fly high.

Thanks for the inputs. All I need now is (a) waterlevels to rise and (b) temp to go up 8-) .

Do any of you live in Houston? If so, I'm looking for places to check out.
I am really only familiar with Clearcreek (brackish). It's really narrow and for my kids starting out - too dangerous due to other boaters. We also have gone into Taylor Lake, but brackish as well. Also, my wife was watching news the other day and somewhere in US (she did not catch where), they had caught a bullshark in brackish water that had taken someones foot off and someone else's hand. So - she's not up for our kids getting near that kind of water.

Would appreciate any assistance here.
