Power wire for amp

I have a 2005, 206 ski ltd. I want to install an amp to the side wall underneath the pass. seat in the ski locker. I'm not sure how to run the main power wire from the amp to the battery. I thought this would be a good place because of the short distances for the other wiring. Any thoughts.

Run your wires around the bow walt-thru area over to the drivers side, from there they can go down into the bilge over to the battery box
