I was going to do a write up about the different trailers and the options for them but I was unable to locate good pictures and information about the various options but here are links to most of the trailer companies here in the US that provide trailers for CC:
Ram-Lin Trailers: www.ram-lin.com
Prestige Trailers: www.prestigetrailers.com
Eagle Trailers - www.eagletrailer.com
DHM Trailers - www.dhmenterprises.com
Extreme Trailers - www.extremetrailers.com
Shorelandr Trailers - www.shorelandr.com
BoatMate Trailers - www.boatmatetrailers.com
Trailmaster Trailers - www.trailmasterinc.com (partnered with VanGuard Trailers)
I know I am missing a couple of them but this is a good start. Hope this helps some of you out.
So, what happens if my dealer refuses to either order a DHM trailer with my options or an Extreme Trailer?

Don't know for sure because it is different for each dealer but you might be able to try to order one from the factory or another local dealer of that brand (it doesn't have to be a cc dealer)
I've gone around and around. They will not custom order (or give credit for not ordering a trailer) I was told my option was a tandem that drags or a single axle for a SAN. The dealer will have rollers installed for an additional $800 U.S.
Oh yeah--same dealer who I buy from and services my boat!

pm me with where you are located at. I will see if I can help you out. Also, $800 for rollers is retarted. I did mine for $30 and some labor in welding. No big deal.

ez-loader makes a last forever aluminim trailer. i-beam construction instead of a box steel that will eventually rust out. (the shortest tandem is about 30' overall length for 22-26 foot boats)
pacific trailers for the west coasters.

A few years back. I had to purchase a new trailer for my 85 ski nautique. I ended up with a shorelandr. It was the best deal I could find in a galvanized trailer. Single axle, no brakes but it pulled very well. So I needed a new trailer for my SAN I just purchased. So I got another shorelandr. This one is also Galvanized. The new trailer is tandem with surge brakes. It pulls awesome. I really couldnt tell it was back there. Except for the extra strain on the motor. The brakes are great. I am very happy with it so far. I drove over 500 miles to pick the boat up. So I would say I was happy with the trailer it did a great job.
When purchasing my trailer, it was a bit of a deal in and of itself. My dealer works with Prestige which is located in Southern Illinois (close) and Ramlin (which I am pretty sure all Nautique dealers have, at least on the east side of the Mississippi) However there were quite a few problems I had the those two trailers, Price for the Ramlin, and options available on the Prestige. I could have gotten Extreme, however that was way too expensive, since I had to pay for shipping (.50-.85 cents per mile)
I had contacted boatmate myself as they offered a few options I required. First off was the Swing Tongue, since I keep my boat in my garage, I needed the swing or removable tongue. Prestige, at the time, has a removable tongue that is a pain to remove and also introduces air into the brakeline. Plus I wanted the Boat Buddy Autolaunch. Boatmate gave me that, plus quad disc brakes, chrome bumpers, LED lights, and aluminum rims for cheaper than what I would have paid for the Prestige. Also, the owner of Boatmate, said he would bring the trailer, next time he visited his parents which was only a few hours away from where I lived, so I didn't have to pay for shipping. I have nothing but good things to say about the trailer and the support they have given me.
