This might be old news for some of you, but I just found out that Perfect Pass version 6.5 has been released. It looks like the upgrade is going to cost about $57.00.
More information can be found at the Perfect Pass Web Site (V6.5 Release Page) (http://www.perfectpass.com/seriousskiers.html#6_5software).

Speaking of PP, I have the 6.4 edition, and my boat always seems to run fast times. We have calibrated it, but it still runs fast times. I have started running in tournament mode and dropping the rpms to get ok times. Does anyone else have this problem?

What is your engine setting and your ssb settings? Are your magnetic timers picking up at the right places?

My engine setting is MPI, I have the second segment balance at 0.
The Magnets are working fine, it picks them up without any problems.
The system even seems to start into the course faster then my friends with the same system on a malibu and moomba.
The only way I have been able to get good times is to work on the rpm adjustment in tourny mode.
I talked to PP about it and they thought I needed to re-calibrate, and I have done that, with no luck.

Is there a list of the changes/enhancements between 6.4 and 6.5?

NCH,
Your best bet is to hold the up and down arrows at the same time while you are in tournament mode and do a minus __. You will have to play around with it to see exactly where you need to be. Otherwise, for another $57 the new chip is supposed to take care of this! :D
