Just put the boat in storage

Welp, dropped off the boat at the ol' pole barn today for the winter. Very sad time. What is everyone doing over the winter (assuming you have a cold winter like us midwesterners).

I usually start snow skiing around December!! It takes a few times to break all the old water skiing habbits though!! :lol:

I primarily think about waterskiing. Also go to the boat show, and hopefully check out Winter Wonderland this year. I've never been, where can I find some info on it? Anyone else going from here? Gee I sound like a noob asking a question like that, sorry!

Yeah, I can't get mine out of the storage place until April 1. I'll be doing some snowboarding and other such things. This site will probably continue to occupy lots of my time.

I had just drained my hoses, and manifolds when the temp got back into the 80's. We couldnt stand it and spent the weekend camping and skiing at Jordon Lake in NC. Wow it was a beautiful weekend with lake temps in the upper 60's the shorty wet suit was fine. I skied in Novemeber for the first time ever.

The weather is cooling back of to normal conditions, so its back to draining and winterizing.

In the off time I catch up on my house chores that get neglected during the summer!
