Most of you probably already know about the following recalls and service bulletins, but it is probably a good idea to post them just to be sure.

PCM Recalls and Service Bulletins:
These will be completed at no charge by your Correct Craft dealer.

PCM Ethanol Statement (http://www.planetnautique.com/CorrectCraftManuals/pcmeth.pdf)
(Applies to All Engines)

2006 Fuel Pump Recall (http://www.planetnautique.com/CorrectCraftManuals/pcm2006.pdf)
(Applies to Engine Serial Numbers 460000-461457)

(May 2005) Pleasurecraft Engines has experienced higher than normal failures of the low pressure fuel pump (PCM Part #RA080018) in the past few months. Some fuel pumps have revealed signs of contamination, and others have revealed an internal problem. Most failures have been at start up, during dealer prep, or within the first few hours of operation. In an effort to minimize failures, the manufacturer of the fuel pumps has made an internal change.

If you experience a fuel delivery problem, perform the normal test procedures using the fuel pressure gauge. In this type of failure, if there is no fuel pressure and the low pressure fuel pump cycles when the key is operated, the low pressure fuel pump should be replaced with a new fuel pump referencing a date code of 5D or later. When installing the new pump, make sure you do not put too much thread sealer on the inlet side of the fuel pump.

See your local Correct Craft dealer for more information. This bulletin only applies to 2005 model year boats with low pressure fuel pumps that show a date code of earlier than 5D.

2003 and Select 2004 Correct Craft Boats Recalled for Steering Issue
TeleflexMorse and Correct Craft have determined that a problem exists on some Correct Craft boats equipped with TeleflexMorse steering system. A number of steering systems have been discovered with an out of tolerance condition on one of the bolts connecting the steering system. When present, this out of tolerance condition can permit the bolt to loosen. If not corrected this may lead to improper steering function of the boat and thus a potentially unsafe situation for Correct Craft boaters. In the interest of your safety and the safety of those occupying your boat, TeleflexMorse and Correct Craft urge you to not operate your boat, or allow anyone to operate your boat, until it has been serviced. Contact your dealer to make service arrangements. Service will be performed at no charge to you. This applies to all 2003 boats, as well as the following 2004 boats: 40000-40347, 42000-42198, 44000-44200, 47000-47538, 48000-48154, 49000-49223
