wich engine you will prefer a chevy or a ford?

wich engine will be better for towing?
i've heard that the curve from the chevy starts at 2500 rpm, ford starts at 1500 rpm but im not sure

the engine is only a fraction of the equation when your talking about towing. Since you asked...Ford diesels have a better reputation that GMC and the GMC 5.3 gas motor seems to be a bit more efficient than the Ford

In terms of boat motors, the ford 351 is by far the best platform for marine engines (IMHO).
