Allright,

I'm done waiting for Nautiquegear.com to get their act together and I want some cool trialer guide pads. Since PlanetNautique doesn't sell them, where else can I find them?

Ebay - type in Nautique in the search and they will be on the list. I bought a pair there as replacements, they are just as good as Nautique Gear Pads.

Thanks AirNautique211, I did the search and found this guy selling Moomba and Supra...

Dear e21alpina,

Can you get slalom ski shock tubes and trailer guide pads for Nautiques as well?

yes, we have them in stock. $25 shipped on the shock tube; $45 shipped on the guide pole covers. Or $65 total shipped for both. Just let us know. Thanks!

How many people would be interested in something like this if we did offer PlanetNautique.com trailer guides? I can do some checking to see if this would be feasible for us or not...

Ok, I'll do some checking and see if I can come up with some kind of group rate for PlanetNautique.com shocktubes/trailer guide covers.

TylerO

Sounds good Luke. I'll hold off on ordering a set direct as I'd much rather have them with the PlanetNautiuqe.com Logo.

Sounds like we’re going to have to ditch this idea. Due to the fact that “Nautique” is actually owned by Correct Craft the screen printers I have talked to do not have permission to create these.

Luke, so Planetnautique wouldn't be ok either? I'd like that better than a standard Nautique logo.

The screen printer I spoke with wasn't allowed to use Nautique in any shape/form. Including "PlanetNautique.com"

Luke,

Got lucky today. Dropped off my boat for Services and the dealership had some bumper pads with the Nautique logo and the dealer logo in a color that matched perfectly. Not sure where they got them but their really nice.

Luke and Nautiquejeff... I am the owner of Fundamental Watersports and have talked to quite a few of the members here about Nautique stuff like guide pads and tire covers. We can make these with the PlanetNautique.com name depending on who owns the right to that specific name. We cannot print the Nautique logo but PlanetNautique should be OK unless it is owned by Correct Craft. Does anyone know for sure? Thoughts?? Anyone can email us directly or I will keep an eye on this forum as well.

What is CC's issue here, most companies would jump at the chance for some free publicity.
I will be very surprised if they can stop you from using PlanetNautique or PlanetNautique.com especially as you already use it on the other stuff!.
Have CC registered Nautique as a trade make?
What do any French readers think about that possibility?

fyi...Fundamental Watersports is going to hook us up.

We should have these available in approximately 2 weeks.

I bought a nautique shock tube from Fundemental last week and it is perfect. I just assumed the Nautique logo was trademarked, but maybe only the name is in a specific font.

This is it... finally...

A whole season of the dealer not being able to get it from anywhere, and we get it in a week off ebay... not good CC... :|

That looks just like the standard CC shock tube. I picked a couple up at the Masters a couple of years ago. They were practically giving them away. I think they were $5 per tube.

e21alpina

If there is enough interest, we can do shock tubes for PlanetNautique.com. We are about a month or so away from making another batch of shock tubes so if the interest is here we can print some then. Anyone interested can post here or drop us an email to sales@fundamentalwatersports.com
Thanks guys!

Luke

Yes, PlanetNautique.com is written on both sides of each of each trailer guide. I got mine and they look great. I'll try to get some pictures posted this weekend.

These are pretty bad pictures, but you can get the general idea. I've been out of town and it's been really rainy here. Next time we get some decent weather I'll try to get better pictures:
