Hello folks, I'm planning a major teardown and refitting of my 85 2001 next year (maybe over the winter depending on how my $$$ looks). Even though they are holding up fine I'm thinking of going ahead and redoing the stringers since I'm going to have to do that eventually.
My question is does anyone out there make non wooden composite stringers for this boat? I would love to do away with the wood in her all together and have a line on a gently used GT-40 to drop in there also. With a short down time/off season here (early Nov - to early March)I need to have everything lined up before I even seriously consider tearing into this. Thanks in advance.
