Having alternator problems. Alternator not producing any voltage. Stock alternator with 1 battery 2 amps, 1 12 inch sub and 8 speakers. Any ideas on alternator upgrade or how to check this one better?

I have read about 100 amp upgrades. Should I consider that or maybe add another battery with a smaller alternator.
