Well, my wife and I finally found the boat we've been looking for. We picked it up yesterday from Mid-Ohio Nautiques (http://www.midohionautiques.com).

How many hours on the new boat?
It was used in the BYT (http://lloyd1.50megs.com/backyardtour/pictures9.html) (see the Columbus, OH pictures), and a time or two by the dealer. It had 36 on it when I picked it up. I put an additional five on it today.
size new rig, skiingjeff. nice work!

Well we bought the boat used and it came with those board racks! I'm thinking about getting some new ones though...

Jeff, What kind of bimini is that? It looks nice and tight. (not tight as in the slang term but rather the ability to maintain it's firmness against the elements)

Not sure of the brand name, but it is a very nice bimini. It stays nice and tight and it doesn't use any straps. If midohionautiques sees this, maybe he can post the brand. I'll check next time I'm out on the boat (this Sunday) and report back if needed.

Thanks! The sad part about the time of year when I bought the boat is that I had to put it in winter storage about two weeks after we picked it up from the dealer. I only got a chance to ride behind it twice! Oh well... It'll be like getting a new boat all over again in April. Uh...is it April 1st yet?

I can't! The storage place is closed for the season until April 1. I might try to get them to open up for me though. It has been in the upper 60's here for the past few days. It is killing me knowing that my boat is already there, at the lake, and I can't get to it. That's the one downside to rack storage around here...

Down here it is low to high 50's and I wanna go out. I went the second week of December behind my buddy Chulki Chongs boat..The guy who won the alliance contest. Let me tell you the Water was 40 degrees.. Now thats cold.
How do you like the Speakers? Do you run a separate amp for them? Do you like that light bar as well. Really like the red color. I am going with a 2004 SAN red with a grey stripe.

So far, I really like the speakers. I do run a separate amp for them. I was pretty rushed at the end of the season last year. I picked the boat up in mid-October, and had to have it in storage by November 1. I didn't really get the speakers/amps dialed in until the last day I was out in the boat. They did sound good once I got everything set up like I wanted it. The light bar was kind of the same story. It had a blown fuse that I couldn't find for the life of me. I finally found it with some help from my friends at White Lake Marine, but it was during the winterization process that we finally found the fuse, and I haven't been able to try the lights out yet on the water. I'll have to get back to you in about two weeks on that one.
Make sure you post some pictures when you get your boat. It sounds like it will look great!
