Best way to lift boat off trailer.

Is two cherry pickers one on the front and one on the back eye hook the best way? I want to undercoat the trailer and wax the underneath of the boat. Also look for any damage. It's a 1978 SKi Nautique.

I have seen it done with two Cherry pickers.

I would want some blocks underneath it when polishing the bottom, just in case something goes wrong.

I have taken my boat off the trailer with two come alongs on A Frames, and have also take it off the boat with a floor jack and some blocks.

A lot of guys who have access to a forklift, or a bobcat, use those with chains to the lifting rings.
