Making a Avatar.

Can some one help me out by makeing a photo into a avatar for me. I dont know whats involved so if its to much trouble I understand Thank's
Grant. Here is the photo I would like to use.

You can just resize it so that it is the appropriate dimensions (They are listed when you click on profile and go to attach an avatar). I am pretty sure that it has to be hosted somewhere on the internet though so that you can link into it.

Just right click on the image.
Save it to your computer.
Then go into your profile and upload it from the location you saved it.

Grant, you may want this version as well as Luke's. Personally, I would rather mine not take up as much space allowed and instead keep it in proportion.
