I seen something similar but alot fancier like this on a 220. And We usually ride early and it usually happens I get stuck with the wet cold life jacket. So this is my version!

I didn't really want water dripping over the motor all the time so I never put one in, probably just take it out and drain in once and awhile.

Don't suppose you could post the dimensions of the box for the rest of us could you. I would like to build something like that as well. Good job BTW, looks great.

Looks great! Did you have a fab shop bend it for you? As for the drain you could possibly put a nipple on the back side and run a piece of hose off of it to route where the water would drip to. How much did something like that cost?

Im not sure who built it actually, my boss got it made for me. I told him my idea and drew it out and he gave it to a guy he knew. Cost me 160 bucks. Yeah that probably would work good I may just do that with the hose.

I was thinking about doing something like this for my "old-hull" 2003, but I don't think there is enough room between the bottom of the hatch door and the top of the engine
