Hey, it looks like oversized pictures are now contained in there own little scroll pane so they don't resize the whole page and make it insanely wide. Is that something new, or am I just dreaming?

Yeah, we're kind of experimenting with it to see if we like it. Up until now, I have been resizing most pictures by hand as they are posted. So far, I really like this new modification. There are only a few instances where I could see it causing a problem. If someone posts a really tall picture, you might not be able to see all of the height of the picture while scrolling across. There are only a few pictures like that posted on the site though. I'd like to hear what everyone thinks of this change. We can always go back to the way it was.

I think for the really tall and skinny ones that they should be left alone b/c the original problem is scroling left and right, we would have to scroll up and down normally just to read topics. But for the normal big sized pics, I think its great!

It either has to be on or off. We can't select which pictures it is used for.

Right... well I think its still worth it, esp for monitors less than 17". Probably worth it in the long run....

I think I have to change my mind. After seeing a lot of pretty tall pics in some recent posts, it is kinda getting a little annoying b/c there is no way I could see the whole pic at all if it is tall. And when the pic. is really big, only being able to look at a small portion of it is kinda annoying. I would rather just have a really big window like ye-olde days. But thats just me, if it works for everybody else, ignore this.
