Sherwood water pump

I just changed the impeller on the 97 ski and wanted to double check that I put the pump back on correctly. The cam screw faces in towards the engine right? I am 99% sure it does.

Two ways to find this out. One: if you look at the housing, one side is painted and the other isn't. The painted side should be on the outside. Also, if you fire it up and it isn't pumping water, you probably have it on backwards. Sorry I don't remember the screw location off hand. Your dealer could quickly verify it for you though.

Find a picture online on ebay or something that shows the front of someone's engine and look at that. I don't have a pic on hand or I'd just post it.
