I can't really agree you're giving it away for that price. Nonetheless (for the right price, ofcourse ;) I'd drive from Costa Rica to Seattle to pick it up if I could buy it. Beautiful boat!

If the boat is as clean as it looks, it is a 25000 boat :)

Wrong coast good luck though! Food for thought 25k is no where near the average NADA retail value nor is it anywhere near what bank will loan on boat as I have been in market for about a month and have spoken with several banks and have excellent credit.

NADA yada yada yada. You should have no problem selling it for 25K.

Less than 25K is nowhere near legitamate market value. Treverspence, if you have been researching for a month, you understand that it is a very reasonable price for that boat. Dont come in here and play the NADA card, because it wont work here or most other sites where people know what they have.

if you are in the market, have excellent credit, and have the funds to buy a boat - you'd have one. if you have the credit, NADA values mean nothing.

If either one of you beleive the bank is gonna loan more than retail value on a boat in this day and time you are wrong! Also I already have a boat my buyer (a friend of mine) is just waiting for me to buy a boat & he doesn't mind not making boat payments in winter. Also if you look at boat trader majority of 00- 01 SAN are in the 19-22k range even at boat dealerships so why are they giving these boats away?

WakeSlayer

Because they have to. If they don't they will either lose their business or their homes.

You couldn't pry my 99 SAN out of my cold dead hands for anywhere close to $25k. I don't care what BoatTrader or the bank says.

treverspence, why haggle over price here when they are so much cheaper over there?

chriskg

I will cut it up and burn it before I let it go for less then 25,000 . The idea of some a-hole driving my boat for less then 25,000 is never going to happen. I bet the **** talkers dont on this site dont even own a Nautique . Its real simple you dont say to a guy with a rolex I can get a watch for 10 bucks so why buy yours for 2000.

Chris - Your boat is very nice & I hope you get your asking price. You might want to put some finish on your platform; it would dress it up for a small amount of work.

Chriskg. Chill man!! Those here tellin you your price is too high are not buying, just jiving. Your boat is clean and nice but for most of us it is nearing winter so boats have to be a bargin to sell this time of year. Be patient it'll sell.

When someone talks **** about your super. Its like they said your kids are dumb and your wife is ugly.... maybe even worst.........My boat is the thing I think about when my job is bugging or it raining ... The boat is like a look into the future of good times to come.... Not owning a super air is like saying life sucks and there is no hope..... or maybe this is just the rain and beer talking lol

i think you should raise the price and take the FIRM out off of it. people want to "horse trade" / barder/ negotiate with you so they can feel like are getting a deal.

Great looking boat. The All white allows you to do whatever you want to it. I'm not here to comment on the price (25K), but I'd post the number of hours and what the Stereo consists of. JMO

I found out the boat has 500 hours on it. I tried to have the owner send me some pictures. However he is not good with communication it seems.

Bimmerboyz,
I’m not clear if you are you raving, or disappointed about the 500 hours. 500 hours is nothing, low for a 2000 model, that’s 50 hours per year.
I put 200 hours plus per year on my Nautique, that’s personal use. Change the oil, do regular maintenance and expect 2-3 4000 hours before major problems.
It’s difficult to make comparisons of boats to cars due to the completely different operating conditions but consider about 2000 hours to 100,000 miles. The boat would have the equivalent of 25,000 miles; considering it’s a 2000 year model that’s a good deal.

You Mis understood me. I am thrilled it only has 500 hours. I own a 1978 Nautique that probably has anywhere from 2k to 4k hours. I am just disappointed with the owner. If you are serious about selling your boat, you should have good communication skills.

Yes, my error, though you were complaining about the 500 hours...

I love this boat, and wish I could buy it.

Just curious, do these have a cooler built in the seats? Just curious where to put a cooler for all day lake sessions when you have a full wrap around seats.
