How do I remove the speakers in a '97 Super Sport???

Can someone tell me how to get the 4 stock speakers out of my '97 Super Sport. Also, I think you can remove that whole panel the the speakers are behind. . .how do I do that? And lastly, does anyone know what size of speakers the stock ones were and what speakers you would recommend to upgrade to. I have been looking at the:

- Infinity 52.5i's (if they are 5 1/4)
- Mb Quart Discus DKD 113's

Any other suggestions? Thanks.
