Driver's seat pedistal for 82 SN model 2001

Yesterday we found the driver's seat on our boat tilted back.

When we got home from the lake I removed the seat. It looked OK.

I then removed the carpet-covered plywood seat pedistal. The boards had separated. I glued them back together then braced them with angle iron so it should hold for a while. But. . . .the 21 year old plywood isn't in the best shape.

Is there any source for a replacement pedestal?
