Been skiing on several Oklahoma lakes and was wondering if anyone had any favorites. My personal favs are Arbuckle and Grand Lake.

You will see a few Nautiques at Eufaula. I have not been to Arbuckle in a couple of years but love the lake. Have only been to Grand twice.
Tenkiller is probably my favorite lake in Oklahoma but we spend most of our time at Eufaula.

Try Lake Murray during the week cause weekends are pretty packed. The clearest lake I've been on. On a nice clear day I bet you could see 10 feet down. The family and I were there a couple weeks ago. Saw one Nautique (not counting mine), a Mastercraft, and two Malibus.

We ride at Lake Tenkiller. We purchased a new 226 this spring and just love it. We went to Tenkiller every weekend this summer.
Our boat is over by Stryahorn Landing.

Just thought I'd jump in this thread. I wakeboard and ski at Lake Eufaula along the I-40 bridge (dirty water) and it is almost always smooth and not much boat traffic, even on holiday weekends. Thomas marine is a CC dealer in Checotah. I've had a 85 SN 2001 for 10 years and now just purchased a 95 super sport.

We are going out on Draper for the first time on April 3rd. Should be about 48 degrees is my guess-hopefully we have some warm days between now and then to warm that water up a bit.

Hey guys!! Whats up. I just got my 216 Team at the end of August last year. Its my first boat and I've loved the first 20 hrs I've been able to put on it so far.
My wife and I go to Lake Tenkiller at least once or twice a month. My inlaws have a place up there and its by far our favorite lake. Now that we have a boat, it may be more like 3 times a month! LOL
I also rediscovered Lake Arbuckle last year, its nice as well. We went to Murray once last year on a friend's boat.
I dont care for Grand as its too big and too busy for me.
Amazon, I'm sure I saw you and your 226 a few times last year floating around at Strayhorn landing. We always put in at Strayhorn. I'm sure we'll see you again. We have a black and white 216. We had a naked tower last year and we only had it up there 2 times before cold weather hit.
e21alpina and bfinley1977, we go to Draper pretty often on weekday afternoons. My friends and I will be out on April the 3rd as well in a red and white Tige.
Glad I found the site! See you guys around!

Well, we went out on April 3rd for the first session of the year at Draper Lake. It was fun to be back on the water. We had 7 people on the boat so Denton's Tige was throwning a nice wake. The water was cold but it only took a few minutes to get used to it. Then you could go until you couldnt feel your hands Yellow_Flash_Colorz: I was sore as **** the next day, I gotta work out some more...
One word of caution at Draper. We were boarding at the south end dam. We board here all the time as do many, many people. We had one guy go down on a not so bad crash. But he came up with a split head and was bleeding, he needed 10 stitches.
He crashed about 12-15 feet from the waters edge. There is usually 10-15 feet of water on the depth guage at that point. The water is at a good level, it definately is not down right now at Draper. We dont know for sure what he hit, we cant confirm whether it was rock or his board or something else. So just beware. I think from now on, I will stay another 5- 10 feet from the dam.

Yeah, this is a nice lake. I went once last year after not visiting for many years. We put in at Point Boat Ramp and boarded right there, just North of the ramp for awhile and a little further to the south. The lake isnt that big so it would be easy to cruise around and find you a spot. Theres also some nice coves to stop and chill.

I wanted to be sure to keep this thread going. We spend nearly every weekend at Eufaula. Are there any other nautique owner's around. We spend most of our time around the Porum/Bixby Creek area, but we do go over to Eufaula Cove occassionally.
I also spend some time at Arcadia in Edmond in the early and late seasons.
Let me know if anyone is around these areas.

OKWAKEBR,
I too spend just about every weekend at Eufaula, but I'm over on the muddy side where there is virtually no boat traffic and almost always a smooth spot. Sammy and Jay are installing a Flight control tower and bimini on my recently purchased 1995 super sport 210. They are great to work with.
I leave my boat at Eufaula and live in OKC, so I don't get out to Arcadia during the week. Congrats on your new boat.

I go to SPF every year. I will be there this year also...as a matter of fact, my new '05 210 TE is one of the tow boats for the tournament.
Most of the time, people are hanging out waiting for their turn to ride. Some people will try to go catch a set before or after their turn, but you have to travel about 15-20 minutes away from the tournament site in order to find some decent water.

Wow! I'm really excited to see quite a bit of Oklahoma activity! Most the time I ski at Clear Creek lake here to the north east of Duncan, just b/c it is close to my house and during the week (when I normally go out) there isn't but 1 or 2 other boats.
However, I am planning a trip up to an OKC area lake in August with some friends of mine from up there. But also, the 1st 3 days or so of August my family and my Uncle and his family (he's got a 96 SN) are all going down to Texoma.
I'd love to get together with some other CC owners though!
