2009 230 Team Ordered Today

Well guys after being a long time Malibu owner I placed my order on a loaded 230 Team. I'm currently trying to decide what Wetsounds speakers to install on the tower and figure out if I'm going to add a second sub.

I'm trying to decide if I should have a vapor blue platfrom or silver cloud. Please help

I think that the vapor blue would look very cool. It will probably hide more board marks and scratches also.

Actually just the opposite, the Blue will show more marks then the white however a Blue platform will look much better IMHO.

Blue would definitely look better, I have no idea about the scratches. If you ever need any help breaking her in, I'm just a short way away in Mount Pleasant!

Well I just recieved word that the boat has arrived at the dealer. I'm going to be going to my dealer next weeked for a little party and I will get a bunch of pictures of the boat. The trailer still needs to be built andspring needs to come before I have it parked at my house. Ill post pictures next week.

get rid of the stock sub and add an xs12 ported. i have a 3some and think that i'd rather have pro 80's and mb 8's for some more bass over head. if you have the $ and time before spring just put in a syn 6 for your in boat and sub, another 6 or syn 4 depending on tower speaker choice, and a 420. and def. the blue platform.

Im planning o installing a pair pro 80's and mb 80's run by a wetsounds amp with a 420. I will add a second sub or change out the sub. I need to figure it out.

a new box w/ good amp will do the factory sub nicely, but it's too small for a boat. throw it in your truck or something. i think i have boat envy now.

Well here are some pictures of the boat at the dealer, they are getting it ready for the upcoming boat show. I need to purchase my wetsounds speakers in white (either pro 485's or pro 80's and mb-8's)

if you get 485's i've got a kicker sx900.4 that would power them perfectly with 425watts on each 485. $150 plus shipping, may be willing to split ship costs. didnt mean to hi jack your thread. lovely boat. the tower looks sick.
